AI Training for Business

Take your team from AI dabblers to power users.

You know there’s a gap between what AI can do and what your team’s getting out of it. I close that gap, shifting your team from treating it like a chatbot to using it as a tool that delivers sharper work, faster.

What I do

How I help your team.

Hands-on AI training, built around how your team works. I set up the structure and systems that let everyone work alongside AI in a way that has genuine business impact.

Skill up the whole team

Take the team from firing questions at a chatbot to running AI like their own personal assistant that produces high-quality work under their supervision.

Adopt AI the right way

Use it intelligently and securely, with the right tools and good habits, instead of everyone winging it on their own personal accounts.

Sharper work, hours back

Your team spends less time on the low-value, repetitive tasks and more on the work that matters, with AI amplifying them, not replacing them.

The difference

Why bring me in.

I’ve spent over a decade in the digital space and I’m obsessed with AI. I build with it every day, and I’ve put serious hours into the theory and the systems behind it, so I can pass all of that straight to your team.

  • Hands-on, in the toolsI don't hand over slides and leave. I'm in the tools with your team, building the setup on their own machines.
  • I use these exact systemsThe setup I hand your team is the same one I run every day. I've trialled and tested all of it, so they get what works.
  • Up and running in a weekI move quick. I can turn the whole thing around within a week, so your team's on better systems by Friday.
  • Works with any AI toolClaude, ChatGPT, Gemini, whatever suits. The system is built to run on whichever tool fits your business best.
Jack helped me and my team set up proper systems that instantly improved the outputs we were getting from AI. We're moving much faster now and the team is spending more time on high-impact, quality work.

The process

How it works.

I'll get you set up with systems that immediately improve the outputs you get from AI, and lift your whole team's understanding of the space.

01

Understand

I map how your team uses AI today, where the gaps sit and what to fix first.

02

Tailor

I shape the right tools, accounts and access around exactly how your team works.

03

Train

A custom training day, built from what I find, your team can use the next day.

04

Implement

A hands-on day in the tools, building it into each person's computer.

Who it's for

Who it’s for.

I work best with small businesses whose teams are already using AI casually, who want everyone skilled up, and who can move quickly to get there.

You're a small team

A small business, somewhere between 2 and 10 people doing knowledge work.

You're already dabbling

The team uses AI here and there, but nothing's set up properly for everyone.

You're non-technical

Nobody needs to code. It's built so non-technical teams get plenty out of it.

You can move quickly

Lean and autonomous, you can make a call and move without heavy approvals.

Most of your work's on a screen

Knowledge work, where the team spends most of the day in front of a computer.

You want the team levelled up

You want your people skilled up and amplified by AI, not replaced by it.

Questions I get a lot.

The things people always want to know before we get started.

Do we need anyone on the team to be technical?

No, nobody on the team needs to be technical. The whole engagement is set up so non-technical teams get a lot out of it, and the training is practical rather than technical. If you do have someone technical they'll go deeper with it, but it's not a requirement.

What if we've never really used AI before?

That's completely fine, and honestly a good place to start from. With no habits to undo, your team picks up the right way of working from day one. I meet everyone where they are, in plain English, so people who are brand new to AI get just as much out of it.

What's the difference between this and an AI course?

A course teaches you concepts and leaves you to figure out how to apply them. This is hands-on, I'm in with your team building the setup with them. By the end your team isn't sitting on notes, they're working inside a configured setup that's running and tied to their day-to-day.

What if the team already uses some AI tools?

That's a great starting point. The pattern I see most is one person deep in it and everyone else watching from a distance. The audit picks up exactly where that gap sits, and the rest of the engagement closes it across the whole team.

Which AI tools do you train us on?

Whichever ones fit your business best. For most teams that's ChatGPT and Claude, sometimes Gemini, plus the handful of tools that slot into your day-to-day. I'm not tied to any one platform, the training is built around what actually works for your work, not whatever's trendy.

How long until the team is up and running?

Quick. The whole thing turns around within a week, so your team's up and running on better systems by Friday. The training day gets everyone using it then and there, rather than leaving you with notes to apply later.

Is it safe? What about our data and privacy?

Yes, and it's a big part of what I set up. I get your team onto the right accounts and settings so your data isn't training public models, with clear ground rules on what's fine to put in and what isn't. Done right, using AI is safer than everyone winging it on personal logins, which is what usually happens without a proper setup.

What does the audit actually contain?

A clear picture of where each person sits with AI today, where the biggest gaps are, what tools are in use and how, and what's realistic to change during the engagement. It's specific to your team, not generic advice you could have Googled.

What happens after the engagement?

Nothing you have to buy. It's designed so the team is self-sufficient by the end of the build day. If you want to keep going there are options like custom builds, a retainer or lighter-touch advisory, but that's a separate conversation with no pressure.

How much does it cost?

We work it out once we've had a chat, based on team size, scope, and whether it's remote or in person. Every team is different, so I'd rather quote it properly than give you a generic number.
